Target of Research: Known relationship of family support with dignity Mental Disorder Patients in the outpatient unit of poly Mental RSJD.Dr.RM.Soedjarwadi Regency of Klaten.
Research method: The method used in this analytic descriptive study design was cross-sectional. Samples from the study were 86 mental patients who perform outpatient Mental in the outpatient unit of poly Mental RSJD.Dr.RM.Soedjarwadi Regency of Klaten. The statistical analysis used was Spearman Rank correlation test with a significance of 5%.
Result of research: The majority of outpatient unit of poly Mental RSJD.Dr.RM.Soedjarwadi Regency of Klaten have social support in general is in the moderate category (67.4%). Most sources of social support received from the respondent's mother. The majority of self-owned outpatient unit of poly Mental RSJD.Dr.RM.Soedjarwadi Regency of Klaten are in middle category (76.5%).
Conclusion: There is a relationship between social support with self owned outpatient unit of poly Mental RSJD.Dr.RM.Soedjarwadi Regency of Klaten (Score = 0.253, p value = 0.019).

Background: Every nurse can apply the behavior of "caring" in its application in treating clients. Many factors wich related to behavior of "caring" nurse is a nurse's own demographic characteristics. Demographic characteristics including age, sex, marital stastue, education and years of service.
Target of Research: To know the relationship between socio-demographic characteristics with the behavior of Caring nurse nurses perceived by patients in Ward IV Jasmine Room Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Hospital at Distric of Klaten.
Research method: The method used in this analytic descriptive study design was cross-sectional. Samples from the study were all nurses in Ward IV Jasmine Room Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Hospital at Distric of Klaten. The statistical analysis used was Spearman Rank correlation test with a significance of 5%..
Result of research: The majority of nurses aged 20-40 years (78.9%), female (68.4%), educated Diploma of Nursing (94.7%) and have worked less than five years (94.7%). The majority of nurse caring behaviors perceived by patients in Ward IV Jasmine Room Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Hospital at Distric of Klaten in 2010 are in both categories (42.1%).
Conclusion: There is a long relationship with nurse working lives of nurses caring behavior at Melati Room Inpatient Dr IV. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Hospital in 2010 (p value = 0.001).

VILLAGE MIDWIVES IN RELATIONS WITH THE VILLAGE OF ALERT TOTAL NUMBER OF DEATH OF MOTHER AND INFANT DEATH IN THE DISTRICT SLEMAN
Background: Village midwives in Indonesia is able to reduce infant and maternal mortality. Decline in infant and maternal mortality rates could be felt in rural areas because the midwife is able to improve the environmental condition that supports the process of birth. The presence of village midwives can improve prenatal care, better birth, early detection of possible complications during pregnancy and childbirth.
Target of Research: Knowing the relationship between village midwives in the village of standby with the number of maternal mortality and infant in Sleman District.
Research method: This study is a descriptive analytic cross sectional study design using secondary data. The subject of this research is that there are 86 prepared village in Sleman district. Statistical analysis was used in the form of descriptive univariate analisis in the form of percentages and bivariate analysis using Pearson Product Moment correlation at α = 0.05.
Result of research: Of the 86 villages located on standby in Sleman regency Year 2009 showed a majority of villages have a midwife on standby as many as 82 villages (93.5%). The majority of standby villages in Sleman regency have lower maternal mortality in the target districts of Sleman (≤ 150 mother/100.000 live births) that as many as 80 villages (93.0%) and the majority of prepared villages in Sleman regency have infant mortality below the target of Sleman Regency (≤ 58 child/1000 live births) is consist of 85 villages (98.8%).
Conclusion: There is a relationship between maternal mortality by village midwives (p value = 0.001) and there is a relationship between infant mortality in village midwives (p value = 0.001).

THE RELATION BETWEEN RATE OF LIPID WITH OBESITY IN PRODUCTIVE AGE (45-59 YEARS) AT NUTRITION POLYCLINIC HOSPITAL PROF. DR. MARGONO SOEKARJO PURWOKERTO
Background: Overweight or obesity due to consumption of foods that exceed the needs of Nutrient Adequacy Score (NAS) per day. The situation over nutrition can also increase the risk of increased cholesterol in the blood. This indicates that the problem of overweight and obesity need to get attention, given the issue is also a risk factor for degenerative diseases.
Target of Research: To know the relationship between rate of lipid with obesity in patient productive age (45-59 years) and has nutritional counseling in 2009 at Nutrition Polyclinic Hospital Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto.
Research method: The method used in this analytic descriptive study design was retrospectif. Samples from the study were 33 patients nutritional consultation ever in 2009 at the Polyclinic Hospital Nutrition Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto.. The statistical analysis used was Chi Square test with a significance of 5%.
Result of research: The majority of over weight patients at the Polyclinic Hospital Nutrition Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto male sex (51.5%), and aged 45-50 years (42.4%). Majority of patients have cholesterol levels ≥ 200 mg / dl (93.9%), and patients had triglyceride levels ≥ 150 mg / dl (97.0%). Value cohort relationship between nutrition status cholesterol levels obtained by RR 0.867 (95% CI. 0.711 to 0.1057). Value cohort relationship of nutritional status with higher levels of triglycerides obtained by RR 0.933 (95% CI. 0.815 to 0.1069)
Conclusion: There was no relationship between nutrition status with rate of cholesterol levels (p value = 0.199). There was no relationship between nutrition status wit rate of triglyceride samples (p value = 0.455).

The common objective to meet the level of patient satisfaction of Bethesda hospital services and patient characteristics have a relationship with patient satisfaction being a special purpose to analyze the level of patient satisfaction and analyze the different characteristics of patients with levels of satisfaction.
Method:
The research is analytical descriptive research, using cross sectional design, which is a type of research that measured the variables in study subjects were measured simultaneously or at the same time.
Results and Discussion
The higher levels of education will be better satisfaction rate compared with lower educated respondents. The higher level of education the higher the level of satisfaction they feel!
