THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN FAMILIAL SOCIAL SUPPORT TOWARDS THE LEVEL OF ANXIETY IN PRE-OPERATION PATIENT IN MEDICAL WARD


ABSTRACT

Background: The pre-operation patients need very much their familial support, in order the patients can express their anxiety and scare to their family by decreasing the unreasonable excessive anxiety and scare, it will prepare the patient emotionally. In addition, it prepares the family towards any incidents had by patient and hopefully the family gives in a great amount of support to the patients in conducting operation.

Purpose of research: To know the relationship between familial social support towards the level of anxiety in pre-operation patients in Operation Medical Ward.

Method of research: This research was non-experimental research having qualitative characteristic by cross sectional research design. The sample of this research was 30 pre-operation patients in Operation Medical Ward in August of 2009.

Result of research: Mostly (46,7%) pre-operation patients age is 20-40 years old, having male sex (56,7%), having intermediate educational level (Junior Middle School) (66,7%), work (90,0%) and never had operation for their lifetime (86,7%). Mostly the familial social support of patient includes in low category (43,3%). Majority of patients’ anxiety level to cope with operation anchors in category of moderate anxiety (50,0%).

Conclusion: There is positive relationship between familial social support of pre-operation patients to the patients’ level of anxiety to cope with operation in Operation Medical Ward by value of correlational coefficient is 0,667 (p value < 0,05).

THE RELATION BETWEEN BEHAVIOR OF HEALTHY AND CLEAN LIFEWITH OCCURENCE OF ISPA AT BABY IN MINISTRANT HOSPITAL AT NGAGLIK I DISTRIC OF SLEMAN

ABSTRAC

Background: Disease Of Acute Infection Channel Disease ( ISPA) cause burden of morbiditas high and accompanied by high charges also, for medication which it’s true very is required. When disease of ISPA can detect by more early and cured precisely, hence number occurence of disease of ISPA can be degraded drastically. Factor influencing behavior of health of society or someone which knowledge, tradition and trust of society, education storey, social storey of economics and availability of health facility. Disease of ISPA will sliver its relation with Behavior Of Healthy Clean Life (PHBS) Society and condition of sanitasi environmental of vinicity.
Target of Research: Knowing relation between of Behavior of Healthy and Clean Life To Occurence of ISPA at Child in Ministrant Hospital at Ngaglik I Distric Of Sleman.
Research method: This Research represent research of case control by using sectional cross and of odds ratio by using primary data and of sekunder. Research subjek one case group with amount 59 household owning baby, compared to one group control with amount 59 household owning baby which do not experience of occurence of ISPA.
Result of research: Most ( 82,2%) responder household have statue of PHBS with Healthy category of III. Most (52,5%) baby in Orchard of Plumbon natural of ISPA. The rest 47,5% baby do not experience of ISPA. Frequency occurence of ISPA at baby generally happened 1 times that is counted 26 baby. The relation between of PHBS with disease of ISPA for case equal to 3,867 with control equal to 1,793 - 8,342. This showing the indicate of mother with household owning score of PHBS ≥ 13,47, closely related equal to 3,867 to have natural child do not ISPA. PHBS was influence occurence of ISPA at baby’s mother.
Conclusion: There is relation of Healthy and Clean Life of household with occurence of ISPA baby in Orchard of Plumbon (p = 0,001).

THE RELATION BETWEEN HAEMOGLOBIN RATE (Hb) TO LEARNING ACHIEVEMENT OF FEMALE STUDENTS IN BOROBUDUR JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL MAGELANG REGENCY

ABSTRACT

Background: The lack of zinc could emerge the disturbance or barriers in growth, either in body cells or brain cells. The lack of Hb rate in blood could result the symptoms of listless, weakness, tiredness, and tend to tired. It could decrease learning achievement, sport, and working productivity. The survey of basic data in 10 regencies in Middle Java in 1998 showed the higher prevalence rate of anemia from national rate, i.e. in female students (Junior High School and Senior High School) of 57,4% (Directorate of Society Nutrient, 2003). According to Hastuti and colleagues (1998), in Magelang Regency the anaemia prevalence is known of 48,7%. It is caused by the existence of disturbance in metabolism of oxidative brain, by the low level of hem contains and dependent ion enzyme which results the behavioural changes.
Purpose of research: To know the relation between Hb rate to learning achievement of female students in Borobudur Junior High School in Magelang Regency.
Method of research: This research has observational analytical characteristic by cross sectional approach used primary and secondary data. The subjects of this research were all of students in Borobudur Junior High School and as the samples were 9th grade students by the amount of 51 students. For selecting respondent samples in this research, it was used total sampling technique. Statistical analytic used was Chi-square by using level of confidence of 95%, thus the level of significance of 5%, if level of significance < 0,5, thus the hypothesis was accepted.
Result of research: Average blood Hb rate of respondent 11,90 ± 0,81 g/ml by highest blood Hb rate of 13,0 g/ml and lowest 9,0 g/ml respectively. The students in 9th grade in Borobudur Junior High School in Magelang Regency in 2007, mostly (68,6%) have average category learning achievement. Total amount of 19,6% of students have anaemia.

THE RELATION BETWEEN STUDENTS KNOWLEDGE LEVEL ON HIV/AIDS AND SEXUAL BEHAVIOUR OF STUDENTS IN VOCATIONAL SCHOOL SLEMAN YOGYAKARTA

ABSTRACT

Background: Adolescent is a transitional period between childhood into adultness. The bigness of problems should be faced by adolescent is a very urgent condition toward the adolescent reproduction health in order could be overwhelmed early and seriously in entire the world. Adolescent is a group which is most reluctant either physically and psychically to infection. Since the first case of HIV/AIDS was founded in Bali in 1987, the growth rate of HIV/AIDS sufferers have never decreased. Those which is mostly astonishing, in fact adolescent has positioned themselves in the first rank as the bigger group of HIV/AIDS suffers compared to other age groups.
Purpose of research: To know the relation of knowledge level on HIV/AIDS and sexual behaviour of students in Vocational School Sleman Yogyakarta.
Method of research: The type of research was descriptive analytic qualitative by cross sectional approach used primary and secondary data. The subjects of this research were students in Vocational School Sleman Yogyakarta in I grade and II grade.
Result of research: Mostly (56,3%) students’ knowledge level on HIV/AIDS is in moderate category. The factor of the young of respondent age (17-18 years old) results their ability in absorbing the meaning of information which is given has not been good yet. Mostly (53,1%) students have good sexual behaviour. It is caused by the average level of students’ knowledge, thus the students could behave as good. The factor of younger respondents’ age caused their ability in absorbing the meaning of information which is given to them has not been good yet, thus there are some students behave as nasty.
Conclusion: There is relation between knowledge level on HIV/AIDS and sexual behaviour of Vocational School Sleman Yogyakarta in Academic Period of 2007/2008 (p value = 0,001).

HUBUNGAN LAMA PEMBERIAN ASI DENGAN STATUS GIZI BATITA DI DESA WONOKERTO, TURI, SLEMAN, TOGYAKARTA

INTISARI

Latar belakang : Angka kematian batita menggambarkan tingkat permasalahan kesehatan anak dan faktor-faktor lain yang berpengaruh terhadap kesehatan batita seperti gizi, sanitasi, penyakit menular dan kecelakaan. Status gizi batita merupakan salah satu indikator yang mencerminkan tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat. Keadaan gizi, terutama sejak masa batita , akan sangat mempengaruhi tingkat kecerdasan manusia dewasa. WHO dan UNICEFmerekomendasikan menyusui eksklusif sejak lahir untuk 6 bulan pertama, dan meneruskannya dengan makanan pendamping ASI yang cukup sampai 2 tahun atau lebih. Lamanya pemberian ASI di Kabupaten Sleman pada tahun 2005 yaitu 0-5 bulan sebanyak 2.961 (7,78%), 6-11 bulan sebanyak 1.607 (4,22%), 12-17 bulan sebanyak 6.175 (16,22%), 18-23 bulan sebanyak 5.244 (13,78%) dan >24 bulan sebanyak 22.077 (58,0%) (Susenas, 2005)
Tujuan Penelitian : Mengetahui hubungan lama pemberian ASI dengan status gizi batita di Desa Wonokerto, Kecamatan Turi, Kabupaten Sleman.
Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian analitik dengan responden berjumlah 40 responden, tempat dan waktu penelitian adalah di Desa Wonokerto Kecamatan Turi Kabupaten Sleman dari tanggal 5 Oktober 2007 s/d 5 Januari 2008 dengan teknik pengolahan data menggunakan uji kai kuadrat.
Hasil Penelitian : Responden di Desa Wonokerto Turi , Kabupaten Sleman Yogyakarta paling banyak berusia 20-35 tahun sebanyak 35 orang (87,5%), berpendidikan SLTP yaitu sebanyak 20 orang (50,0%) dan memiliki pekerjaan sebagai ibu rumah tangga 24 orang (60,0%). Lamanya waktu pemberian ASI pada batita adalah > 6 bulan (95,0%), pada usia 20-35 tahun dengan lama waktu pemberian ASI > 6 bulan (87,5%). Ibu umumnya berpendidikan SLTP dengan lama waktu pemberian ASI > 6 bulan (25,0%). Pekerjaan ibu sebagian besar sebagai ibu rumah tangga dengan lamanya waktu pemberian ASI > 6 bulan (60,0%). Mayoritas status gizi batita di Desa Wonokerto Turi, Kabupaten Sleman Yogyakarta adalah status gizi baik yaitu sebanyak 38 batita (95,0%). Sedangkan yang termasuk dalam status gizi buruk sebanyak 2 batita (5,0%).
Kesimpulan : Tidak ada hubungan antara lama pemberian ASI dengan status gizi batita di Desa Wonokerto, Turi, Sleman, Yogyakarta.

HUBUNGAN ANTARA STATUS GIZI IBU MENYUSUI DENGAN STATUS GIZI BAYI UMUR 0-6 BULAN DI DESA SRI MARTANI PIYUNGAN BANTUL

INTISARI

Latar belakang : Daya beli untuk membeli pangan yang rendah membuat banyak keluarga tidak mampu menyediakan makanan untuk keluarga. Defisiensi nutrisi yang berkepanjangan akan berakibat buruk pada status gizi terutama pada anak yang berumur dibawah lima tahun (Suhartono, 2000), Profil lain yang juga menggambarkan rendahnya kualitas kesehatan di Indonesia adalah masih tingginya angka kematian bayi. Kondisi kesehatan masyarakat Indonesia saat ini sedang terpuruk, hal ini ditandai dengan fenomena temuan kasus-kasus gizi buruk di beberapa daerah di Indonesia. Lebih jauh dijelaskan bahwa keadaan ini mungkin disebabkan rendahnya kesadaran penduduk Indonesia untuk hidup sehat, upaya kesehatan belum dikaitkan dengan pembangunan sumber daya manusia, kebijakan dan peraturan perundangan kesehatan yang tidak mendukung. Ditambah lagi dengan keadaan perekonomian negara yang tidak stabil, dimana masih banyak penduduk miskin sehingga daya beli menjadi rendah, termasuk juga akses untuk mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan (Sampoerno, 2006).
Tujuan Penelitian : Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara status gizi ibu menyusui dengan status gizi bayi 0 – 6 bulan di Posyandu Desa Sri Martani Piyungan Bantul
Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini menggunakan survey analitik dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional yaitu suatu penelitian untuk mempelajari antara faktor resiko dengan efek dan pengumpulan data sekaligus pada waktu yang sama.
Hasil Penelitian : bahwa umur rata-rata bayi sebesar 3,21 ± 1,78 dengan termuda sebesar 1 hari dan tertua sebesar 6 bulan. Status gizi ibu masuk dalam status gizi baik sebanyak 41 orang (93,20%), mayoritas status gizi bayi berstatus gizi baik yaitu sebanyak 26 orang (78,8%). Rata-rata berat badan bayi seberat 5,233 ± 1,193 kg dengan berat badan tertinggi sebesar 7,045 kg dan teringan 3,050 kg, mayoritas ibu di Desa Sri Martani, Kabupaten Bantul Yogyakarta pada tahun 2007 memiliki status gizi baik dengan kondisi status gizi yang baik pada bayi yaitu sebanyak 25 orang (75,76%).
Kesimpulan : Hubungan antara status gizi ibu menyusui dengan status gizi bayi umur 0-6 bulan.

HUBUNGAN ANTARA POLA PEMBERIAN ASI DENGAN PERTAMBAHAN BERAT BADAN BALITA USIA 6-23 BULAN DI POSYANDU RW IV KELURAHAN COKRODININGRATAN JETIS KOTA YOGY

Latar Belakang : Survei Demografi Kesehatan Indonesia (SDKI) tahun 1997 balita usia 12-15 bulan masih diberi ASI adalah 80,4%. Pemberian ASI pada balita di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarata dari tahun ketahun semakin kurang. Di daerah kelurahan cokrodiningratan 24% balita yang masih diberi ASI sedangkan 76% balita tidak diberikan ASI.
Tujuan Penelitian : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pola pemberian ASI dengan pertambahan berat badan balita usia 6 sampai dengan 23 bulan di Posyandu RW IV Kelurahan Cokrodiningratan, Jetis, Kota Yogyakarta.
Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan metode observasional. Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi analitik menggunakan pendekatan Cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah balita yang berusia 6-23 bulan di Posyandu RW IV Kelurahan Cokrodiningratan, Jetis, Kota Yogyakarta. Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variable dilakukan uji Chi Square.
Hasil Penelitian : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pola pemberian ASI yang dilakukan ibu menyusui bervariasi berdasarkan karakteristik yang dimiliki ibu. Pola pemberian ASI oleh ibu menyusui di Posyandu RW IV Kelurahan Cokrodiningratan Jetis Yogyakarta mayoritas menggunakan pola tidak ASI yaitu sebanyak 82,9%. Pertambahan berat badan bayi dari ibu menyusui di Posyandu RW IV Kelurahan Cokrodiningratan Jetis Yogyakarta mayoritas memiliki berat badan yang tetap sebanyak 42,9% sedangkan 31,4% dan 25,7% mengalami penurunan berat badan.
Kesimpulan : Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara pola pemberian ASI oleh ibu menyusui dengan pertambahan berat badan bayi (p value < 0,001).

HUBUNGAN KARAKTERISTIK IBU BERSALIN DENGAN BERAT BADAN LAHIR RENDAH (BBLR) DI RSUP Dr. SOERADJI TIRTONERGORO KLATEN TAHUN 2007

Latar belakang: Kekurangan gizi pada ibu hamil dapat mempengaruhi proses pertumbuhan janin dan dapat menimbulkan keguguran, bayi lahir mati, kematian neonatal, cacat bawaan, anemia pada bayi, asfiksia intra partum (mati dalam kandungan), lahir dengan berat badan lahir rendah (BBLR). Bayi dengan BBLR kemungkinan akan terganggu perkembangan dan kercerdasannya, selain kesehatan fisiknya yang kurang bagus. Sedangkan jika berat badan calon ibu berlebih (over weight) akan beresiko melahirkan bayi besar (makrosomia) dan bagi ibu bisa mengalami perdarahan. Saat kelahiran, biasanya terjadi komplikasi.
Tujuan Penelitian: Mengetahui hubungan karakteristik ibu dengan kejadian BBLR di RSUP dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro tahun 2007.
Metode penelitian: Jenis penelitian ini adalah diskriptif korelasi denga pendekatan retrospekti yaitu melalui data rekam medis (data sekunder). Subjek peneliti ini adalah data rekam medis ibu dengan bayi BBLR yang lahir di RSUP dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro selama kurun waktu satu tahun dati 1 Januari sampai 31 Desember 2007.
Hasil penelitian: Mayoritas (70,3%) ibu multipara dengan rerata jumlah anak 3 anak Mayoritas (75,3%) ibu berusia 20-35 tahun dengan rerata usia ibu sebesar 29,77 tahun dengan standar deviasi 6,33 tahun. Usia ibu paling tua 47 tahun dan yang paling muda 19 tahun. Pendidikan ibu umumnya SLTA. Status pekerjaan responden yang lebih banyak (69,7%) tidak bekerja. BBLR (< 2,5 Kg) merupakan jumlah yang paling tinggi yaitu sebanyak 102 bayi (56,0%) dengan BBLR (< 2.500 gram) adalah 2.122 ± 234 gram. Berat badan bayi yang dilahirkan BBLR teringan adalah 1.600 gram dan terberat sebesar 2.500 gram, tetapi pada BBLSR (< 1.500 Kg) adalah 1.375 ± 129 gram. Berat badan bayi yang dilahirkan BBLSR teringan adalah 1.000 gram dan terberat sebesar 1.700 gram, sedangkan BBLER (< 1.000 gram) adalah 937 ± 79 gram. Berat badan bayi yang dilahirkan BBLER teringan adalah 750 gram dan terberat sebesar 1.000 gram. Kesimpulan: Tidak terdapat hubungan antara hubungan paritas ibu dengan kejadian BBLR pada bayi (p value = 0,751). Tidak ada hubungan usia ibu dengan kejadian BBLR pada bayi (p value = 0,418). Ada hubungan pekerjaan ibu dengan kejadian BBLR pada bayi (p value = 0,001). Key word : Karakteristik ibu, BBLR, Klaten

THE RELATION OF SIMULATING LEARNING TO THE CLINICAL PRACTICE OF NORMAL UTTERANCE UPBRINGING OF V SEMESTER STUDENTS IN HEALTH ACADEMY

ABSTRACT


Background: Normal utterance upbringing is a competence which should be had by a midwife to prepare in order the students has the capability of knowledge, skills and behaviour which could be developed through ability. Students’ ability could be given practically in class and clinic laboratory. Simulation is a learning method which presents the learning by using real situation or process by the students actively involves and interacts in any situation in their environment. The experience of practicum learning using simulation is a learning process in laboratory in order to strengthen the theory or knowledge which ha been gained by learning other. Clinical practice of midwifery is a clinical learning in the lesson of utterance upbringing in normal (pregnant, uttering, and parturition) women and the utterance upbringing in newborn baby, neonates and normal toddlers where the students directly applied the theory to reach achievement in practice of midwifery.
Purpose of research: To know the relation between simulation learn by clinical practice of normal utterance of V semester students of Academic Period of 2006/2007 in Kudus.
Method of research: This research has analytical characteristic by correlational descriptive design by used primary and secondary data. Ex-post facto research is a research conducted to study the incident which happened and then tracking back the data to find factors which cause the incident understudied. The subjects of this research were V semester students in Health Academy in Kudus of Academic Period of 2006/2007. To select the sample of respondent in this research it used technique of census sampling. Statistical analysis used was analysis of Pearson Correlation by using confidence level of 95% thus significance level of 5%.
Result of research: Most of V semester students in academic period of 2006/2007 in Kudus that graduated in simulation of Normal Utterance Upbringing were 50 (92,6%) students and others were 4 (7,4%) students did not graduate in simulation of Normal Utterance Upbringing. The result of practical test of APN gained that most of V semester students of Health Academy in academic period of 2006/2007 in Kudus that graduated in practice of Normal Utterance Upbringing were 45 (83,3%) and the others were 9 (16,7%) students did not graduated in practice of Normal Utterance Upbringing.
Conclusion: There is positive relation between the graduation in simulation of Normal Utterance Upbringing by practice of Normal Utterance Upbringing (p value : 0,001).

Simulation is a learning method which presents the learning by using real situation or process by the students actively involves and interacts in any situation in their environment. The experience of practicum learning using simulation is a learning process in laboratory in order to strengthen the theory or knowledge which ha been gained by learning other. Clinical practice of midwifery is a clinical learning in the lesson of utterance upbringing in normal (pregnant, uttering, and parturition) women and the utterance upbringing in newborn baby, neonates and normal toddlers where the students directly applied the theory to reach achievement in practice of midwifery.
Purpose of research: To know the relation between simulation learn by clinical practice of normal utterance of V semester students of Academic Period of 2006/2007 in Kudus.
Method of research: This research has analytical characteristic by correlational descriptive design by used primary and secondary data. Ex-post facto research is a research conducted to study the incident which happened and then tracking back the data to find factors which cause the incident understudied. The subjects of this research were V semester students in Health Academy in Kudus of Academic Period of 2006/2007. To select the sample of respondent in this research it used technique of census sampling. Statistical analysis used was analysis of Pearson Correlation by using confidence level of 95% thus significance level of 5%.
Result of research: Most of V semester students in academic period of 2006/2007 in Kudus that graduated in simulation of Normal Utterance Upbringing were 50 (92,6%) students and others were 4 (7,4%) students did not graduate in simulation of Normal Utterance Upbringing. The result of practical test of APN gained that most of V semester students of Health Academy in academic period of 2006/2007 in Kudus that graduated in practice of Normal Utterance Upbringing were 45 (83,3%) and the others were 9 (16,7%) students did not graduated in practice of Normal Utterance Upbringing.
Conclusion: There is positive relation between the graduation in simulation of Normal Utterance Upbringing by practice of Normal Utterance Upbringing (p value : 0,001).

THE INFLUENCE OF IMPLEMENTATION OF PANEL MODEL DISCUSSION METHOD TO THE UNIVERSITY STUDENTS’ ABILITY TO RESOLVE II MATERNAL MIDWIFERY UPBRINGING MATER

ABSTRACT

Background: Discussion method that is used for teaching students to learn scientifically sharing knowledge, critical thinking and strive to deepen collectively the learning materials understudied. The still existence of lecturer who have not conducted evaluation with evaluating format, the incident of misunderstanding in discussion atmosphere, and the tasks of moderator has not been directed appropriately, sometime there is any agreement taken after the discussion has bveen conducted.
Purpose of research: To know how is the influence of implementation of Panel Model Discussion Method to the ability of university student to resolving II maternal midwifery upbringing materials.
Method of research: This research was quasi experiment by used primary data. The subjects of this research students of midwifery having age of 19 to 20 years old. The total of population was 60 respondents, i.e. 30 respondents in A grade as control respondents and 30 respondents in B grade as experimental respondents. Sample selection was conducted by stratified random sampling. Statistical analysis used was paired t-test by using level of confidence 95% or level of significance < 0,5. Result of research: There is difference in gain of evaluation in giving relevance to reason in students’ ability to respond the case of II Maternal Midwifery Upbringing of control students to experiment students (tcount = 10,251). There is difference gain of completeness evaluation in students’ ability to response the case of II maternal midwifery upbringing material to experiment of control students to experiment student (t¬count = 12,420). There is difference gain of evaluation in the process of conveying sentence to the students’ ability to respond the case of II maternal midwifery upbringing materials of control students to the experiment students (tcount = 12,245). There is difference the gain of evaluation of reasoning series in students ability to respond the case of II maternal midwifery upbringing materials of control students to the experiment students (tcount = 11,841). There is difference gain in evaluation of the process conveying sentence to the students’ ability to respond the case of II maternal midwifery upbringing materials of control students to experiment students (tcount = 12,716). Conclusion: There is an influence of the implementation of panel discussion method to the students’ ability to resolve the case of II maternal midwifery upbringing material to the process aspects of conveying sentence, the order of thinking, completeness, and relevancy of students’ reason (tcount = 12,716). KOMPARASI PERUBAHAN HEMODINAMIKA PEMAKAIAN SEVOFLURANE 8% + N2O 50% DENGAN PROPOFOL DI RSUP DR. SOERADJI TIRTONEGORO KLATEN


Latar Belakang: Stabilitas hemodinamik merupakan suatu indikator penting dari suatu induksi anestesi yang ideal. Tekanan darah dan frekuensi jantung telah menjadi bagian dasar monitoring dan penelitian stabilitas hemodinamik. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi status hemodinamik antara lain: status fisik, umur, jenis kelamin, berat badan, kecemasan, nyeri, riwayat pemakaian obat sebelumnya, status hidrasi, suhu tubuh, pilihan obat premedikasi dan induksi anestesi.

Tujuan Penelitian: Mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan perubahan hemodinamik pada penggunaan Sevoflurane 8% + N2O 50% dengan Propofol dalam Induksi Anestesi di RSUP Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten.

Metode Penelitian: Metode riset keperawatan observasional dengan observasional analitik pendekatan retrospektif terhadap pasien dilakukan tindakan anestesi umum dengan perubahan hemodinamik pada penggunaan Sevoflurane 8% + N2O 50% dengan Propofol dalam Induksi Anestesi. Analisis data mengunakan statistic uji t pada siqnifikasi level 0,05.

Hasil Penelitian: Tidak ada beda yang signifikan (bermakna) antara tekanan siastolik dan saturasi dengan induksi Sevoflurane 8% + N2O 50% sebelum dan sesudah induksi. Ada beda yang signifikan (bermakna) tekanan diastolik, nadi dengan induksi Sevoflurane 8% + N2O 50% sebelum dan sesudah induksi berbeda. Tidak ada beda yang signifikan (bermakna) tekanan siastolik dan saturasi dengan induksi Propofol sebelum dan sesudah induksi tidak ada. Ada beda yang signifikan (bermakna) tekanan diastolik dan nadi dengan induksi Propofol sebelum dan sesudah induksi berbeda.

Kesimpulan: Ada beda yang signifikan (bermakna) bahwa ada perbedaan tekanan siastolik, diastolik dan saturasi dengan induksi Propofol dan Sevoflurane 8% + N2O 50%. Tidak ada beda yang signifikan (bermakna) bahwa nadi kelompok Sevoflurane 8% + N2O 50% dan Propofol tidak berbeda.

HUBUNGAN KARAKTERISTIK SOSIO-DEMOGRAFI IBU BERSALIN DENGAN KEJADIAN PARTUS PREMATUR DI RSUD WATES KABUPATEN KULONPROGO TAHUN 2009

ABSTRAK
Latar belakang: Karakteristik sosio-demografi ibu berhubungan dengan meningkatnya persalinan prematur. Karakteristik sosio-demografi ibu antara lain usia ibu, status marital, kondisi sosial ekonomi, factor ras dan etnik ibu. Kehamilan denga usia < 16 tahun, terutama yang secara riwayat ginekologis juga muda (mendapatkan haid pertamanya < 2 tahun sebelum kehamilannya) akan meningkatkan kejadian persalinan prematur pada usia kehamilan < 33 minggu. Sedangkan usia > 35 tahun juga meningkatkan resiko untuk mengalami persalinan prematur.

Tujuan Penelitian: Untuk mengetahui hubungan Karakteristik Sosio-Demografi ibu bersalin premature dengan kejadian persalinan prematur di RSUD Wates Kabupaten Kulonprogo Tahun 2009.

Metode penelitian: Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah Deskriptif dengan pendekatan Retrospektif. Subyek penelitian adalah 166 orang ibu bersalin prematur yang melahirkan di RSUD Wates mulai tanggal 1 Januari 2009 - 31 Desember 2009. Variabel bebas dari penelitian ini adalah karakteristik sosio-demografi ibu bersalin dan Variabel tergantungnya adalah kejadian persalinan prematur.Uji statistik menggunakan Kendall Tau pada tingkat kepercayaan 95%.

Hasil penelitian: Paling banyak usia ibu bersalin premature di RSUD Wates adalah 20-35 tahun (75,3%). Paling banyak status pekerjaan ibu bersalin premature di RSUD Wates adalah bekerja (66,9%). Kejadian partus premature di RSUD Wates Tahun 2009 sebanyak 166 (10,2%) orang.

Kesimpulan: Tidak ada hubungan usia ibu bersalin premature dengan kejadian partus premature di RSUD Wates Tahun 2009 (p value>0,05). Tidak ada hubungan pekerjaan ibu bersalin premature dengan kejadian partus premature di RSUD Wates Tahun 2009 (p value>0,05).

TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN IBU HAMIL TENTANG PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM PERSIAPAN PERSALINAN DAN PENCEGAHAN KOMPLIKASI DI PUSKESMAS PIYUNGAN BANTUL TAHUN 2010

ABSTRAK

Latar Belakang. Program P4K harus dipahami oleh setiap ibu hamil untuk memantau kehamilan, bersalin, pemeriksaan nifas dan bayi yang dilahirkan oleh tenaga kesehatan terampil termasuk skrining status imunisasi tetanus lengkap.Dimana manfaat P4K mencegah kesakitan dan kematian ibu dan bayi sehingga membantu menurunkan angka kematian ibu dan bayi.
Tujuan Penelitian. Untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang pelaksanaan program persiapan persalinan dan pencegahan komplikasi.
Metode Penelitian.Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasional deskriptif. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Piyungan Bantul Yogyakarta. Subyek penelitian adalah ibu-ibu hamil yang memeriksakan kehamilannya pada bulan Agustus 2010 berjumlah 47 orang.
Hasil. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tingkat pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang P4K di Puskesmas Piyungan Bantul Yogyakarta,dilihat dari karakteristik umur ibu hamil di Puskesmas Piyungan,Bantul Yogyakarta,diketahui bahwa ibu hamil yang memiliki pengetahuan tinggi tentang P4K paling banyak adalah ibu hamil yang berumur antara 21-35 tahun; pendidikan terakhir setingkat SMA; jenis profesi sebagai ibu rumah tangga (58 %),memiliki penghasilan per bulan < Rp. 760.000 dan memperoleh informasi tentang P4K dari tenaga kesehatan (94,1%)
Kesimpulan. Tingkat pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang P4K dikategorikan tinggi.
