HUBUNGAN PARITAS DENGAN KEJADIAN RUPTURE PERINEUM PADA PERSALINAN NORMAL DI RSUD SLEMAN TAHUN 2009

Latar belakang: Rupture perineum dapat terjadi pada hampir semua persalinan pertama (Primipara) dan tidak jarang juga pada persalinan berikutnya. Primipara dianggap paling beresiko terjadi Rupture perineum spontan. Dalam paradigma baru dengan asuhan persalinan dasar, primipara bukan lagi merupakan indikasi episiotomi dan hanya dilakukan dengan indikasi gawat janin.

Tujuan Penelitian: Diketahuinya hubungan antara paritas dengan kejadian Rupture perineum pada persalinan normal di RSUD Sleman tahun 2009.

Metode penelitian: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectional dengan menggunakan data sekunder. Subyek peneliti ini adalah 100 orang ibu bersalin normal yang melahirkan di RSUD Sleman mulai tanggal 1 Januari 2009 - 31 Desember 2009. Analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah analisisi univariat dalam bentuk deskriptif dalam bentuk persentase dan bivariat dengan menggunakan uji Chi-square pada α = 0,05.

Hasil penelitian: Mayoritas ibu bersalin di RSUD Sleman Yogyakarta Tahun 2009 adalah paritas primipara (83,0%). Mayoritas ibu bersalin di RSUD Sleman Yogyakarta Tahun 2009 mengalami rupture perineum (94,0%).

Kesimpulan: Ada hubungan paritas ibu dengan kejadian rupture perineum di RSUD Sleman Yogyakarta Tahun 2009 (p value=0,026).
