Background: Hemodynamic stability is an important indicator of an ideal anesthetic induction. Blood pressure and heart frequency has become a basic part of monitoring and research of hemodynamic stability. Many factors affect the hemodynamic status, among others: physical status, age, sex, weight, anxiety, pain, history of previous drug use, hydration status, body temperature, choice of drug premedication and induction of anesthesia.

Target of Research: To know are the differences of hemodynamic changes with sevoflurane 8% + 50% N2O and propofol in the Induction of Anesthesia in at Regional Hospital Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten.

Research method: The method of nursing research with observational analytic observational comparative approach to the patient a general anesthetic action with hemodynamic changes in the use of sevoflurane 8% + 50% N2O in the Induction of Anesthesia with Propofol. Data analysis using statistical t test at level siqnifikasi 0.05.

Result of research: There was no significant difference (significant) between systolic pressure and saturation with the induction of sevoflurane 8% + 50% N2O before and after induction. There was a significant difference (significant) diastolic pressure, pulse with the induction of sevoflurane 8% + 50% N2O before and after induction are different. There was no significant difference (significant) siastolik pressure and saturation with propofol induction before and after induction does not exist. There was a significant difference (significant) and diastolic blood pressure pulse with propofol induction before and after different induction

Conclusion: There was a significant difference (significant) siastolik pressure, diastolic, and saturation with the induction of propofol and sevoflurane 8% + 50% N2O. There was no significant difference (significant) that the pulse groups of sevoflurane 8% + 50% N2O and propofol did not differed
